Accessibility and WCAG AA compliance‍

First off, I'm proud to announce that our flagship product, Mavenoid Product Assistant, is now accessible and WCAG AA compliant. That means, no matter what your customers' access needs are, our product will be usable by all. We have put in the work to make sure our product supports text alternatives for images and videos, has labels for input fields, provides sufficient contrast, and is keyboard accessible. And, of course, we will continue to improve over time and keep you updated on any changes.

SOC2 Type 2 certification

Next, let's talk about security. We understand that our clients have a responsibility to protect sensitive customer data. That is why we completed the SOC2 Type 2 certification early in 2023 to validate that we implemented all appropriate security controls, and they were audited to ensure Mavenoid meets the SOC2 standards. Compliance with SOC2 standards helps Mavenoid reduce the risk of data breaches and ensure sensitive customer information is protected. We will be undergoing annual audits to renew our SOC2 certificate, so you can rest assured that your customer data is in good hands.

ISO 27001 certification

To further demonstrate our commitment to information security, we also obtained ISO 27001 certification. This is a widely recognized standard for information security management that proves we have a comprehensive program in place to protect sensitive data. Our certification was independently audited by a third-party, so you can be confident in our commitment to data protection.

Mavenoid now has all key certifications in place to verify our commitment to data security principles and demonstrate transparency about all of our data processing activities, in addition to being both EU and UK GDPR compliant.
